Difference: no fantasy, no reapers and no rescue, because everybody is already dead, so it is quieter and considerably sadder.

The same civil service, in comedy mode. Grudges resolved by a small supernatural team, one client per episode, rules that have to be obeyed. Difference: comfort 4 and much lower stakes, so it is the version of this you can watch four hours of without needing a break.

Supernatural moral accounting with a real performance at the centre. Same conceit of an otherworldly officer applying a rulebook to human cruelty, same swings between comedy and punishment. Difference: it punishes rather than rescues, and the romance keeps interrupting the good part.

Hooks early Episode 1. A demon takes over a judge and starts executing murderers, and the format is set inside one hour.

The show that actually puts the professionals on screen. Same subject of people at the edge and the staff who keep them there, and the same episode-per-patient structure. Difference: no fantasy at all, a psychiatric ward, and treatment takes time and medication rather than a speech, which is the exact gap in this show.
