Daily Dose of Sunshine
정신병동에도 아침이 와요Checked and re-read
A nurse moves to the psychiatric ward and the show hands each episode to a different patient, with animation standing in for what illness feels like from the inside. Park Bo Young is exact and the ward staff are written like colleagues rather than saints. It looks like comfort viewing and it is not: the pastel packaging sits on top of depression, self harm and burnout, and the numbers carry the mismatch, a 5.2 rewatch score against an 8.8 aggregate. Kind, careful, much heavier than the title.
A kind-hearted nurse working in psychiatry goes above and beyond to be a ray of light for those under her care, despite the challenges coming her way.
Hooks early Episode 1, which sets the format: one patient, one nurse, one small mercy, repeated for twelve hours.
