The dead show up asking for the thing they were owed, and somebody living has to file it. Same everyday attitude toward the supernatural: a ghost is a person with unfinished paperwork. Difference: it is a light workplace procedural, so it aims for warmth and never tries to frighten you.
Hooks early Episode 1. A labour consultant starts seeing the workers who died on the job, and the case of the week format is running by the end of the hour.

Recommended for the supernatural dread. It is an argument about crowds and divine punishment with no interest in individual mourning, which is the entire reason your show works.
