The best plotted procedural in Korean television, and the one to hand to anyone who thinks Korean drama is all romance. A walkie-talkie connects a profiler to a detective in the past, cold cases get solved across twenty years, and the time travel has rules it takes seriously, which almost never happens. The cases are grim and specific, and Kim Hye Soo's detective is the heart of it. It ends on a thread that was never resolved on screen, so go in knowing that. Almost no comic relief, almost no romance, very little filler.
Detectives from the present and a detective from the past communicate via walkie-talkie to solve a long-time unsolved case.
