Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha
갯마을 차차차Checked and re-read
The comfort watch other comfort watches get measured against, and it is honest about being one. The village is the draw, not the couple: eight or nine supporting characters get real arcs and the seaside setting does half the emotional work. It stumbles in the last third, where it manufactures a tragic backstory it does not need and slows right down to deliver it. The leads carry it through anyway. Watch it when you are tired and want something kind that is not stupid.
A big-city dentist opens up a practice in a close-knit seaside village, home to a charming jack-of-all-trades who is her polar opposite in every way.
Hooks early Episode 2, once the village cast is established.
