Hooks early Episode 1 already tells you exactly what the show is.

Caregiving from the other end of a life: a seventy-year-old learning ballet and a broke young dancer who did not ask to be needed. Same insistence that being looked after is not shameful. Difference: quiet and small where this was operatic, and it will hollow you out gently rather than loudly.

Hooks early Episode 2, the first proper lesson. It is a two-hander from there.

A whole town of adults with untreated wounds, told in chapters so each one gets its own hour. If what you valued was the show's refusal to make anyone's damage decorative, this does it across ten people. Difference: no single protagonist to attach to, and no clinical framing at all.

Slow start Episode 3 closes the first chapter and sells the anthology format.

Runs on the same fable logic: a bright surface and a great deal of hurt directly underneath it. Difference: it is stranger and funnier, and it plays as a puzzle first and an ache second.

Slow start Episode 4. Sit with the confusion, it is doing work.

Pure aftercare. Medicine as ordinary kindness, no villains, nobody's trauma weaponised. Watch it if the last three episodes left you raw. Difference: almost no tension, which after this show is the feature.
