Two summers, two men running two different lodgings, and eight episodes of dread with almost nothing underneath. Kim Yoon Seok and Yoon Kye Sang are excellent and Go Min Si is genuinely frightening, which makes the emptiness of the writing more annoying rather than less. The structure promises a pattern it never delivers, so the ending lands as a shrug instead of a shock. Watch it for the performances. Expect no answers.
One tranquil summer, a mysterious woman checks into a vacation rental — triggering events that disrupt the lives of the owner and those around him.
