Eighteen episodes about patrol officers filing paperwork, breaking up drunks and getting screamed at by the public, and one of the best things Noh Hee Kyung has written. No genius profiler, no serial killer: the crimes are small, domestic and mostly unresolvable, and the show cares more about pay grades and bureaucracy than arrests. Lee Kwang Soo is career-best here, which nobody expects going in. It is episodic to a fault and the romance is barely there. At 9,500 ratings it never got the attention it earned.
