Big-budget action shot on location abroad, and for fifteen hours a genuinely great conspiracy thriller: a stuntman investigating the plane crash that killed his nephew, a cover-up reaching the presidential office, set pieces that hold up next to film. Lee Seung Gi is better here than his reputation suggests and Bae Suzy is used properly. Then it does not end. The final hour opens a new problem instead of closing the one you watched sixteen episodes for, and the second season it was setting up never happened.
Stuntman Cha Dal-geon gets involved in a tragic airplane crash and ends up discovering a national corruption scandal in the process. Go Hae-ri, the oldest daughter of a deceased marine, decides to work for the National Intelligence Service as a secret ops agent in order to support her mom and younger siblings, although all she wanted to do is to become a civil servant.
Hooks early Episode 1. The crash and the cover-up are both in motion immediately.
