Jang Na Ra and Nam Ji Hyun build a rivalry into mutual respect without the show announcing it, and the cases are grounded enough to carry the legal scenes. Difference: Good Partner puts the mentor's own marriage on the table, so the personal stakes are explicit rather than suspended.
